Mom is the Big 3-0

My family threw me a surprise b-day party last week to help me transition into a new decade. (Sad) We had lots of fun and I got to see lots of friends that I had not seen in a while. Evelyn had fun playing with the streamers the next morning.

Teeth - Finally!

Evelyn officially has 4 visible teeth now. Top 2 and bottom 2. In this picture you can see one on the bottom pretty good. What a little ham!

Shopping

We went with Zoe last weekend to look for wedding dresses. We had so much fun and she looked beautiful in everything she tried on!! We kept Evelyn busy by "walking" around the store. She loves to walk and gets so frustrated that she can't do it by herself yet.

9 Month Check Up

Although she won't be 9 months until later this week, Evelyn already had her 9 month check up last week. All checked out good! 28 3/4 long (75%) 18 lbs (50%) & of course her little head still checks in between the 10-25% range! Her first tooth is through but still barely. Dr. said it looks like the top ones are almost starting to come through. Let's hope she will have teeth - I'm starting to wonder!! :) She started crawling last week. She had been so close for so long and has now taken off. She wants to be everywhere at once! Busy, Busy. She can pull herself up and loves to "walk" while someone helps her. We have moved on to more big person food and she loves to feed herself. What a big girl!!

How much fun can you have with a paper towel?

Lots apparantly. Evelyn loves to chew on anything she can get in her mouth. I think her teeth are finally starting to make their apperance. Her bottom right tooth is just barely there so hopefully the rest will follow soon!
