Party Hat

Evelyn was invited to Cassie & Nora's 3rd b-day party last week but could not attend due to a high fever. She had a temp of over 102 for 2 days. Needless to say we had a pretty grumpy girl for a while. (All better now - no worries) But, the girls gave her a party hat and she wore it for quite a while. She also got a balloon that she loves to hit!

Outside Time

Evelyn LOVES to go outside. She gets to spend a lot of time playing in her pool or water table.

First Pony Tail

Evelyn's hair is getting long enough now to put a little pony tail on the top of her head. She won't always sit still to let me do it but it's pretty cute when I can. She is obsessed with shoes right now. She loves to put her shoes on, put my shoes on & have me put her shoes on my feet! John is worried about the shoe shopping that will take place in the future! She also loves trees and plants and can say "tee". Anytime she sees one, we have to walk over to it so she can touch the leaves. Cute!

Happy Father's Day

Zoe, Kevin & Connor had everyone over for father's day. Evelyn was all over the place playing with all of Connor's toys. We had a great lunch and fun catching up with everyone.

Miss Popular

Evelyn was invited to a birthday party for my co-workers little boy's 2nd b-day. She had so much fun with the big kids and even got to see a life size Elmo! Thanks to Barb, Michael & Ben for inviting us!

Sandbox

Evelyn got a sandbox for her birthday and she loves it. She likes to just run her hands through the sand and use her sandbox tools. We have had a few mishaps with it getting in her mouth but overall a fun time!

Birthday Party

We celebrated Evelyn's birthday this weekend at the park next to our house. She had lots of family & friends that stopped by. She had so much fun with all the other kids and anything that involved water. (we had a baby pool & water table for the kids to play with) She tore into her cake and has now confirmed that she really is our child since she loved the chocolate!!! :) Thanks to all who came out!
