Evelyn and I had a girls night and we painted her toenails. She was so proud of them and loves to show them off!!

Happy Birthday Connor!

Cousin Connor turned 2 this past weekend and we got to go to his birthday party. Evelyn had fun playing in his new bouncer and got to have pizza & cookie cake. (Mom & Dad enjoyed as well!) It is so fun to watch Connor grow and mature. He is such a smart little guy and can say so much! And of course, Evelyn had to shower him with hugs before she left!

We all Scream for Ice Cream

Evelyn has discovered that she loves fudge pops. She can hold it all by herself and actually doesnt even make that much of a mess. She does like to say "cold" after about every bite!

Funny Story

So we have taught Evelyn her middle name and she is pretty good at saying "Evelyn Audry". So, the other day, I thought it would be a good idea to start teaching her her last name. I said "Evelyn, can you say your last name, can you say "McDonald"? She looked at me and said "Happy Meal!!!" I started to crack up and said, "No sweetie, your last name is McDonald. Can you say McDonald?" Her response... "French Fries". Yep, needless to day, she has had her share of happy meals & fries. Sad... :)

Swim Like Fish

Since we took our little trip to Omaha last month and got to swim in the hotel pool, Evelyn has wanted to "swim" in the bathtub at bath time. Here she is showing off her actually pretty good swim skills along with some other cute shots.

TV Time

Evelyn had some down time the other day and was able to eat her snack on the couch while watching Blue Clue's. She is getting so grown up.
