Updates

So, just to let you know what Miss Evelyn is up to these days. She is such a busy girl. Go, go, go. She does not want to miss a thing. If she was allowed to go up & down the stairs all day, that is what she would do. She is very close to walking by herself. She leads you where she wants to go. She can stand by herself for quite a while and can keep her balance. You can tell she is trying hard to figure out how to take that step. She is super friendly and loves to wave "hi" & "bye, bye". She can say "hi" clearly and loves to say it to anyone she can find. She is very independent and wants to figure everything out for herself. She will be 11 months old on May 5th. Already such a little lady. We love this girl!!!!

Supporting Dad's Baseball Game

Evelyn finally got to go to her first East Hawks Baseball game to watch her Dad coach. It was a beautiful night and Evelyn had fun walking around the bleachers and looking through the fence. John's team won 10-0 so she must be a good luck charm!

Out to the Park

We took Evelyn out to Shawnee Mission Park this past weekend for a picnic with our neighbor Bridget & her girls Cassie & Nora. She had so much fun watching the girls and wanting so badly to be running around with them. Soon enough! I love the picture of everyone because right as I took it everyone starting doing something different. Pretty funny!

Connor Comes to Play

Zoe & Kevin had a nice night out and we got to watch Mr. Connor for the evening. He's over a year old now and is such a sweet boy. He was so good all night and we loved having him!

Bed Head

Since Evelyn's hair is getting a little longer she wakes up with some funny bed head some mornings. One of her best!

Mimi & Pop Visit

John's parents came over the other night for dinner and got in some quality Evelyn time. Say "Cheese"!

I love my Nana

Mom had to work late and Dad had a baseball game so Nana picked up Evelyn from daycare and they got to spend some time together. They had fun reading books and practicing walking. Thanks Nana!

Party Girl

Evelyn is going to be a party girl. Already wearing her pants on her head. Crazy lady!

Little Wildcat

We are glad that KU won the championship and all but I think Evelyn will still be a little wildcat. She was very comfy in this chair!

Fun with Friends

Our friends Russ & Kristen came into town last weekend with their daughter Mariah. Evelyn had so much fun playing with her older friend. They had fun at the park swinging & going down the slide. Thanks for visiting!

Connor Turns One!

Mr. Man is already a year old! Evelyn had a lot of fun at this birthday party. There were lots of other kids there for her to play with and she got right in the mix! Connor loved his chocolate cake as you can see!

Evelyn had fun with her Cousins Claire & Kylan on Easter as well. We tried our best to get a picture of all 3 together. Evelyn & Kylan were busy looking at each other & trying to grab Claire. Still cute!
