What a difference a Year Makes

I found this picture from last Christmas. I can't believe how big she has gotten. She seems so grown up now. She has such a personality. She is becoming very independent and likes to tell us "no" if we try to help her with anything. She loves her play kitchen, reading books and coloring. She is very curious and learning something new each day. She is getting a pretty good vocabulary. Saying a lot of words clearly but still a lot that only mom & dad know. She has a new "smile" that she will do if we ask her to smile which is a cheesey smile ear to ear. She loves an audience and getting attention. Can't wait to see what the next year brings for her!

Christmas Tree Time

We went to get our Christmas tree this weekend and Evelyn had so much fun. They had a Santa and real reindeer which Evelyn did ok with. She wanted off of Santa's lap pretty quickly but she really liked the reindeer. But, she had the most fun running around all of the trees.

Photo Shoot

We finally got around to getting more professional pics of Evelyn. It only took me forever!! Here are some of the cute ones!

I can make a toy out of anything

Evelyn loves boxes and she had quite a good time playing in the empty diaper box the other night.

Say Cheese

Evelyn can now actually stop & pose for the camera and say "cheese". She let me take these pics the other morning before daycare. What a little lady!

Happy Birthday Mimi!

We had the family over for Mimi's birthday a couple weeks ago for a surprise brunch. Mimi had fun marching and dancing with all of the grandaughters!! Evelyn also had fun with cousins Claire & Kylan.
