Sunshine...finally

Evelyn got to wear her sun hat this weekend to protect that little peanut head from the sun. She actually left it on for a while. She got to visit Cassie & Nora next door and then we walked down to the park. When I made her stand still to take the pic, she was not too happy since she was on a walking mission - hence the crying!

I went to check on Evelyn one night after she had gone to bed and found her sleeping like this. She must really love to kick up her feet & relax!

Computer Whiz

Evelyn now loves to sit at the computer and pound on the keyboard & move around the mouse. She looks like such a little adult sitting there! This pic was taken right after she woke up one day so try to ignore the bed head!

Happy Mother's Day!

My first Mother's Day and it was so fun. John spoiled me by letting me sleep in while he & Evelyn went and got breakfast. We had dinner at Zoe & Kevin's so Evelyn got to play with Cousin Connor. It is so fun to watch them together now. They try to jabber to each other and we just wonder what they could be saying! Both are starting to walk around so who knows what kind of mischief they will be getting in together soon!

Cowgirl Evelyn

My coworker, Kelly, had her daughter's 2 year old birthday out at Deanna Rose Farm. She had adorable cowboy/cowgirl hat favors for all the kids so Evelyn got her first cowgirl hat! She loved seeing all of the animals although she did not quite know what to make of some of them. She was happy to walk around and play in the woodchips!
