Fun Day with Connor

We got to watch Connor this weekend while Zoe and Kevin were at her friend Kelli's wedding. He was such a good boy and they had fun going to the park, playing at the water table, having a snack and taking a walk. Plus lots of other fun activities! We hope to have him over for another play date soon!

Cousin Kylan Turns 1

We went to cousin Kylan's 1 year b-day party on Friday night. It's always amazing to see how big they get in a year. She didn't care for her cake but loved getting into her presents! Evelyn had fun tackling cousin Claire. Happy Birthday Kylan!!

Hugs for my Friends

Every morning when Evelyn goes to daycare, she has to give Cassie & Nora big hugs. She gets so excited to see them. I took these pics the other day to capture the love.

My Favorite Hat

Evelyn's Mimi got her a very cute Easter dress with matching hat a few months back. She has never really liked hats but she now loves her Easter hat and wants to put it on when we get ready for bed. A pic of her loving it and 2 of when I told her it was time to take it off. So sad!

Brushing my Teeth!

I got Evelyn a new toothbrush and she loves it. Any time I say it's time to brush teeth, she laughs and runs into the bathroom. This was after a bath in her froggy towel.

I want what Mommy has

Evelyn has taken an interest in drinking from my huge water jug. If she even see's it, she will whine until I let her drink from it. It takes some effort but she actually makes it work. She thinks she is so grown up!

You know it's hot outside when....

Evelyn decided that the fridge is the best place to spend the hot summer days. This is her new place to play. She decided to take a seat one day and was very proud of herself to find this new discovery! Sorry the pictures are kind of blury - she wouldn't stay still for a second!

Bows, Pigtails & Headbands

Evelyn's hair is starting to get long enough to do fun things with it now. We did pig tails (or as close as we could get) the other day and she looked so grown up! She tries to put the bows in herself and comb her own hair which is pretty cute!
